Reggie Copeland "The Bow-Tie Guy"

Reggie, affectionately known as “The Bow-Tie Guy'' has been licensed for 25+ years. He has enjoyed volunteering in the industry spanning nearly 3 decades of dedication. Reggie has served on several committees at his local association, including Board President. In 2023 Reggie was humbled to receive the award for REALTOR of the Year at the local association, NVAR. Additionally, he is a Certified Instructor with the state of Virginia as well as an active Board Member on the State Board. Reggie has a great passion for giving back to the industry that he loves so dearly. He served on the DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Committee on the State level and was inducted into the Virginia Realtors Hall of Fame in 2022. On the National level, he has served on the Professional Standards Board for many years and has been a member of the Board of Directors. Throughout his career Reggie has managed his own real estate team, managed several real estate offices and founded CR Copeland Real Estate in 2018. He has especially enjoyed cultivating his passion for teaching over the past 20+ years. 

Reggie sells residential real estate with a passion and loves being a part of the largest investment most people will ever make! Each client is treated like a family member! He works extremely hard for his clients and makes the process fun, and more importantly, as smooth as possible. 

Outside of real estate, Reggie enjoys time with his wife Rachel. Together they have 4 adult children. Reggie is an avid Harley Davidson rider and is known for hitting the highway on his days off in order to receive some “throttle therapy” on his Harley known as “The Beast”!
